So I'm not so great at this.

5 weeks left in this pregnancy and I cant sleep at night any more. It's 4am and I've been up for over an hour. How are you supposed to sleep when you have something in side of you kicking and wiggling. For one I'm grateful to always know my baby must be doing well because he is so active but does it have to be all night long.
Here's a pic of us at the sand dunes last October. Man do I miss doing fun stuff like that. My little sis came with us that trip and we had a blast.



So my little Boy just turned 2 a few days ago. He has been fascinated with trains so we took him on the Frontrunner to Ogden and then checked out the Union station. He had a blast. And check this out I decided a few weeks ago that I really didn't want two kids in diapers so I decided to try to potty train him. My sister sent me a book on how to potty train your kid in 3 days. So I tried it. Wow. It worked Kinda. He loves to go pee in the potty. He can sleep through the night and stay dry. But we are only 50/50 making it to the potty for his poop. But I am totally impressed with his progress.



So what to say since my last post. It's only been a year. We still live in our house in Park City but man I can't wait to sell it and move some where with a back yard for Conner.

Here's a pic from back in Nov. I had to buy Conner a Strider Bike and he loves it. I took him to the skate park and he had a blast. He is getting amazingly good too. He is just learning how to coast and pick up his feet. Next I want to buy him a honda 50 dirt bike. I know it sounds a little crazy for a two year old, Huh?


I don't know where this last year has went. It seems like I just been pregnant for ever. It only cost us $6000 this time to get pregnant, Hurray. Tim had to sell his boat to help pay for it. It wasn't really practical to go boating with babies anyway.

Here's some pic's from the weekend after Thanksgiving we decided to go to Moab. Wow how fun was that. We went with our neighbor/ good friend John Labrum and I told him I only wanted to go if we could do the cool rides like Hell's Revenge and Poison Spider Mesa. I drove the RZR most of the time except where it got a little scary then I let Tim take over. We drove from sun up to sun down every day and Conner did awesome.

My fav sis moved to Chicago this last year. Man does that suck. Conner and her little Boy Hans were finally big enough to start playing with each other. Conner and I went with my mom and my niece Addie to visit her this last Nov.

















Chicago has a lot of really fun stuff to do there for Free. We went to the children's Museum and the Aquarium on their Free days while we where there and it was totally awesome. It really made the stuff we have here in Utah seem pretty lame.

I'm sure there is more stuff I could say but, I'll save it for the next post.

Florida Trip

Our family (My whole family except for my little sis Melinda) went down to Florida for a week of vacation. My Mom paid for most of it(hotel and Flight) But it was still pretty expensive. Man did we have a good time though. The worst part about it is we had to come home.


We spent most of our time in Disney World. My one year old could have cared less that we were there. But my other nieces and nephews had a great time. Here I am with my sis Michelle at Magic Kingdom.

We visit each of the 4 Disney World Resort. Some pretty cool stuff. But most of all the big rides were exaclty the same as Disney Land. The Tree of Life was way cool and The MT Everest Ride was the most fun the were both at Wild Animal Park. Here's my Brother Don and Conner with his hair spiked on a boat ride.

You would be suprised how many rides a 1 year old can ride at Disney

Here is us swimming at our hotel. Pretty Chessy hotel. But I'm sure the kids loved it. If you go on a vacation like this make sure you schedule plenty of swim time for the kids.


Conner learnt to suck out of a straw this trip and found out what a brain freeze is.

The Nemo ride at epcot center was a fun one for Conner and his cousin Hans.

Some how Conner's jacket got mixed up with his Cousin's Addies Jacket So he's in pick. Dont ask how. But it was cold. what else do you do. Sorry Conner.

The only think different about Star Wars Ride was the out side it was soo cool like a little Ewok
Village.

Finally we made it out to the ocean. Conner now has touch the Atlantic and pacific waters within in 2 months of his 1 birthday. We stopped at John D. MacArthur State park. That was a nice beach. My nephew Hans went to put his feet in the water but it started receding back so he decided to run after it. (he is 2 years old) Just as another huge wave was coming in. Crash. He went tumbling with the wave. We all ran to save him. He didn't want to touch the water the rest of the time.

Here we are out our hotel ocean front beach line. (Really it was Man made beach 50' long pretty lame and there weren't any waves) Florida doesn't really have a whole lot of Beach line because it is mostly taken over by Mangrove Trees. Weird.

Here is Conner in the water it was a little cold 70 degrees. My brother Don is encouraging him to walk in the water. Conner took his first steps on this vacation.

We decide that we need to use our PADI diving certificate again so we rented a boat and drove it out to the reefs. All the reefs in the keys our 3-4 miles off shore. Lame. I wish we just would have scheduled a charter dive trip. I didn't take any Dramamine and I got so sick on that little boat.

Our last day. I want to make up for the day before. My sis Mel and I took a chartered snorkeling trip out to the reef. I remembered to take some Dramamine this time. We had a blast. I even saw a Shark.. Kinda freaky. Then is was back home to shovel out my drive way. How Sucky.

Man I cant believe the summer is gone. We had a great one. Our little boy is the greatest thing that has ever happened to us.
